Menthol 50 mg/g, Arnica Montana as Flower Dry 1.4 mg/g

Keep out of reach of children. Use only as directed. For external use only. If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area. If irritation develops, discontinue use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Avoid contact with eyes, open wounds or mucous membranes. Contains Hydroxybenzoates. DO NOT: Bandage or apply heat, use in conjunction with heat pads or use if seal on nozzle is broken. Apply liberally to affected area & gently massage into the affected area until completely absorbed into the skin. Wash hands immediately after use. Repeat as often as needed.
