ICE Cold Patches


These thin, flexible patches provide rapid and sustained targeted cooling pain relief of Joint Pain or Stiffness, Mild Arthritis, Back Pain, Muscular Aches or Pain, Sports related Muscular Pain including Sprains or Strains. The adhesive patches can be wrapped around difficult body joints such as ankles and elbows. It can be used daily (as required) so you can get back in the game.

  • Everyday Pain Relief for

     Back Pain (during pregnancy)

    Knocks or Bumps
    Mild Arthritic Pain
    Muscular Aches or Pain
     Neck Pain
     Shoulder Pain
     Sports related Muscular Pain 
     Sprains or Strains

    LOW ODOUR - great for work or social occasions
    EFFECTIVE - temporary pain relief
    TARGETED - apply direct to painful area
    EVERYDAY- use 2-3 times daily (as required)

  • Use on clean, dry skin.
    Tear open plastic packet, remove protective film from patch.
    Apply the sticky side of the patch over the affected or swollen area.

    Do not cut, fold or wet the patch.
    Do not use if patch is damaged or torn.
    Re-seal the pouch to prevent remaining patches from drying out.
    Use all patches within one month of opening.

    Store below 30°C.

  • For external use only.
    Keep out of reach of children.
    Not suitable for children 10 years and under.
    Do not use on individuals that cannot remove the patch by themselves.
    Do not use over medication applied to the skin.
    Do not use in conjunction with heat pads.
    Do not use whilst sleeping.
    Do not use on skin that is sensitive, irritated or broken including abrasions.
    Do not use more than 4 patches in succession on the same area.
    Do not ingest as the ingredients can be harmful.
    Do not cut, fold or wet the patch.
    Do not use if patch is damaged or torn.
    Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes.
    Do not use if you are allergic to:
    Levomenthol or Plaster adhesives

    If symptoms persist or if irritation occurs, stop use and consult your health professional.
    If pregnant, always check new symptoms (or if symptoms persist) consult your health professional.
    If diabetic, poor circulation or skin conditions or if your pain or injury is severe, consult your health professional before use.
