What are the benefits of heat therapy for back pain?

Can a heat belt be worn under clothing?
No. They are odourless and can be discretely worn under the top layer of clothing but should not be applied directly to the skin. . The heat belt can warm muscles for up to 12 hours. Apply the heat belt where your muscle pain or joint stiffness exists and dress as normal avoiding any overtly tight clothing or objects that may catch. Can you have a heat belt on for too long?
Heat belt should be used for a maximum of 12 hours.
It is also recommended to:
- avoid sleeping with heat patch
- avoid applying continuous pressure to patch
- avoid using multiple heat patches in the same area for 24 hours
- avoid using in conjunction with topical heat creams and gels
