How can you manage mild arthritic pain?

Arthritis is a degenerative condition displaying symptoms that include inflammation, stiffness and pain in the joints. The most common forms of arthritis are:

    Osteoarthritis
Caused by wear and tear of cartilage tissue that protects the bones when bending and flexing. The condition can manifest due to ageing, past injuries and excess body weight, while those with a family history of arthritis are more likely to be susceptible. The condition is more common in females.

    Rheumatoid arthritis
Caused by an out of balance immune system that misidentifies cartilage tissue as a foreign body. For this reason, rheumatoid arthritis is classified among autoimmune diseases.

    Fibrositis
Caused by an inflammation of fibrous connective tissue layers of the joints, bones, tendons and muscles that typically affects the back and causes stiffness and pain.
