Highlights from the Mens Health Survival Bootcamp

Check out the action at Men's Health Survival Bootcamp in Melbourne on the weekend! Tim Robards and Katie Williams instructed a one and a half hour bootcamp style workout based on The Robards Method. What an awesome, high energy and fun session! Participants got to enjoy complimentary pre-workout warm up and post-workout warm down massages delivered by a team of Chiropractors. Plus an opportunity to get some valuable advice from Tim and Katie and a free copy of the Men's Health November Issue.
