  1. GET YOU HEAD IN THE PRO ZONE
    It comes down to having confidence in your physical ability, which won’t happen overnight. Preparation and discipline are key. If you’re in the Pro Zone at training, you can easily get there when it counts.
  2. PREPARE YOUR MUSCLES
    Start with a general warm up massage, a fast, medium pressure to warm and increase blood flow. Next, extend a limb and work deep up the muscle. This promotes normal tension, and to avoid pulls and strains.
  3. STRETCH BEFORE THE BIG GAME
    Warm up with some easy jogging. Use Deep Heat PRO Muscle Massage Lotion before stretching. Stick to major muscle groups, with static stretching of the glutes and lower back. Rotation, flexion, and extension moves are best for upper body.
